Accessible Zakopane
Step-free options are more limited in a mountain town: the Kasprowy Wierch cable car and the Gubałówka funicular both carry wheelchair users to the top, and the thermal baths generally have accessible changing areas, but the walk or carriage route to Morskie Oko and the chained section of Giewont are not accessible. Cobbled sections of Krupówki and uneven mountain terrain generally call for checking with the operator in advance.
