Things to do in Poronin and Murzasichle

Poronin and Murzasichle sit a short minibus ride north of Zakopane, on the road toward Bukowina Tatrzańska, and they work best as a secondary stop rather than a full day out.

Murzasichle's treetop walk is the one attraction the villages are known for locally, a wooden walkway raised through the forest canopy, separate from the larger Bachledka treetop walk across the border in Slovakia and smaller in scale. Both villages belong to the same Podhale network of minibuses that leaves from Zakopane for every valley and village, so no rental car is needed to reach them.

Beyond the treetop walk, there is no other documented attraction specific to Poronin or Murzasichle: they are worth combining with a nearby stop such as Szaflary or Białka Tatrzańska rather than planned as a destination on their own.
